DIRECTIONS
Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil in a heavy saucepan; boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add tea bags. Cover and steep for 5 minutes. Remove spices and tea bags with a slotted spoon.
Stir in juices. Serve immediately.
