Peach Melba Smoothie

This is the perfect breakfast smoothie. It is a sweet and tangy blend of yogurt, peaches and raspberries.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients except raspberries together in a blender until well mixed.

  2. Pour 3/4 of the smoothie mixture into a tall glass. Return blender jar with remaining smoothie to blender. Add raspberries. Blend until smooth. Pour over smoothie in the glass. Serve immediately.

Serving Size: 1 recipe (about 10 oz)

  • 1/2 cup peeled, chopped fresh peach
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
