DIRECTIONS
Peel, core and coarsely chop apples. Place apples in a 2-quart sauce pan. Add all ingredients. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for about 12 to 15 minutes or until apples are tender.
Mash apples with potato masher or fork. Serve warm or chilled.
