DIRECTIONS

  1. HEAT oven to 375°F.

  2. MIX graham crumbs, 2 Tbsp. SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener and margarine until well blended; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until lightly browned; cool completely.

  3. BEAT cream cheese and remaining SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener in medium bowl with mixer until well blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP; spoon into crust. Refrigerate 3 hours.

  4. TOP cheesecake with fruit before serving.

  • 1 1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 3 kiwi (1/2 lb.), peeled, sliced
