DIRECTIONS

  1. PREPARE cookies by following the directions on the cookie mix box. Divide dough into 24 cookies. Bake as directed. Cool on wire rack.

  2. MIX together lemon zest, juice, cream cheese and SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener until well blended.

  3. PLACE about 2 teaspoons of cream cheese on the bottom side of a cookie. Top with a second cookie, creating a sandwich.
