DIRECTIONS
PREHEAT oven to 375 °F. Lightly oil 2 cookie sheets. Set aside.
MIX butter and SPLENDA® Sugar Blend together until light and creamy in a medium size mixing bowl. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until well blended. In a separate bowl, stir together oats, flour, baking soda and salt. Add to egg mixture. Stir until well blended. Mix in chocolate and cranberries.
DROP tablespoon size pieces of dough onto cookie sheet.
BAKE for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
