DIRECTIONS
CUT angel food cake into bite size pieces. Set aside.
PLACE berries in a medium size bowl. Add 1/4 cup of SPLENDA® ESSENTIALS™ Granulated Sweetener with Fiber and toss until combined. Set aside.
WHIP heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Mix in SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener with Fiber, vanilla, yogurt and blueberry preserves.
LAYER angel food cake, berries and whipped cream mixture in a large size trifle bowl. Repeat. Sprinkle top with crushed ginger snaps.
