Layers of whipped cream, angel food cake and mixed berries create this pretty, do-ahead dessert perfect for entertaining.

DIRECTIONS

  1. CUT angel food cake into bite size pieces. Set aside.

  2. PLACE berries in a medium size bowl. Add 1/4 cup of SPLENDA® ESSENTIALS™ Granulated Sweetener with Fiber and toss until combined. Set aside.

  3. WHIP heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Mix in SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener with Fiber, vanilla, yogurt and blueberry preserves.

  4. LAYER angel food cake, berries and whipped cream mixture in a large size trifle bowl. Repeat. Sprinkle top with crushed ginger snaps.

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener with Fiber, Granulated
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 (6 ounce) cups lemon yogurt
  • 1/3 cup blueberry preserves
  • 1/4 cup crushed ginger snaps
