DIRECTIONS

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly oil an 8x8 inch baking dish. Set aside.

  2. MIX egg and milk together in a medium size mixing bowl. Add muffin mix, butter, SPLENDA® ESSENTIALS™ Granulated Sweetener with Fiber and salt. Mix well. Stir in corn. Pour batter into prepared pan.

  3. BAKE for 50-60 minutes or until lightly browned and just set in the center.
