DIRECTIONS
PREHEAT oven to 350F.
MIX all filling ingredients except oats in a large mixing bowl. Stir until very well blended. Gently stir in oats. Pour into pie crust.
BAKE for 35-40 minutes or until firm and top is brown. Remove from oven and cool before cutting.
TOP each pie slice with 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup.
