Caramel Oatmeal Cookie Pie

DIRECTIONS

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350F.

  2. MIX all filling ingredients except oats in a large mixing bowl. Stir until very well blended. Gently stir in oats. Pour into pie crust.

  3. BAKE for 35-40 minutes or until firm and top is brown. Remove from oven and cool before cutting.

  4. TOP each pie slice with 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup.

  • 1 prepared, frozen 9-inch pie crust
FILLING
  • 1/3 cup SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 3/4 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free caramel syrup sweetened with SPLENDA® Brand Sweetener
